Choosing a product that sustains the correct texture appearance retention rating (TARR) and durability spec qualifications (ATSMs) is a must.
We will NEVER work with or provide our valued customer base with subpar and disposable flooring options.
Our Standards, Industry Standards
All soft & hard floorings require comprehensive protocol and preparation before any product even touches the concrete slab.
Professionals should acclimate the products to correct room temperature, probe slabs for RH/PH levels, log results, remove old adhesives/underlayments, grind/sand, prime the slab, and fill substrates with proper featheredge or leveling compounds. And inspect BEFORE installation.
Seasoned pros will also make sure to use manufacturer-recommended adhesives for the unique job site conditions to not void warranties.
Skipping any of these steps can and will jeopardize the performance, appearance, and durability of any floor covering.
